Oven Turkey Trick!

Every year do you get discouraged when your turkey comes out dry and or with burned skin??? Well here are two tricks for you that will make sure neither of those happen. Your turkey will come out tender and a nice golden brown without a hint of a burn!

Tip 1: Cook your turkey upsidedown! Yes, that's what I said: upsidedown! This allows all the juices to flow through the breast meat while it cooks in your oven. Your turkey comes out perfect. Fully cooked, yet juicy and tender instead of dry.

Tip 2: Right before you put the turkey in the oven take some vegetable oil and rub a small amount all over the turkey. This will keep the skin from burning while cooking in the oven.

Follow these two tips and you will have a perfect turkey for Thanksgiving day, Christmas or for any other occasion. Impress your family and friends with these tips!
